This Privacy Policy describes how Cognileap Eduventures LLP ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through Strategy Copilot, armore.ai, uniqlabs.ai, and related products (collectively the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Account information — name, email, phone number, company details you provide during sign-up
- Authentication tokens — OAuth tokens from third-party services you connect (Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Razorpay, Google Workspace) stored encrypted
- Workspace content — messages, channel metadata, issue data, documents you authorize us to read via OAuth
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, error logs (anonymized where possible)
- Device & technical — IP address, browser type, device identifier
- Communications — emails, support tickets, in-app messages
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the Service
- Synthesize cross-tool context for the founder using AI models
- Authenticate users and protect against fraud
- Communicate service updates and respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable foreign laws
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do NOT sell your data. We share information only with:
- Service providers (Vercel, Render, Sentry, Twilio, Razorpay, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) under data processing agreements
- Legal authorities when required by valid legal process
- In a merger or acquisition with continuity of these protections
4. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure (for legal/regulatory purposes). OAuth tokens are deleted within 24 hours of revocation. Workspace content read via OAuth is deleted from our systems within 30 days of disconnection.
5. Your Rights
You have rights under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), GDPR (for EU residents), and other applicable laws to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent and disconnect OAuth integrations
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

6. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States, European Union, and India. We use standard contractual clauses with service providers for international transfers.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), audit logging, and regular security assessments. Despite reasonable efforts, no system is impenetrable.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before effective date.
