These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Strategy Copilot, armore.ai, uniqlabs.ai, and related products (the "Service") operated by Cognileap Eduventures LLP ("we," "us," "our").
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your employer (if signing on behalf of a company) to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payments via Razorpay (India) or other gateways; auto-renewal until cancelled
- Refunds per our refund policy; pro-rated refunds for annual plans within 14 days
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You will NOT:
- Reverse-engineer the Service
- Use it for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Send spam or excessive automated requests
- Misrepresent affiliation with us
- Interfere with the Service's integrity or availability
6. OAuth Integrations
You authorize us to access third-party services (Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Razorpay, Google Workspace) per the scopes you grant. You may revoke at any time via the third-party service or our settings. We process data per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Cognileap Eduventures LLP. You retain ownership of content you provide; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business data as confidential. Employees and contractors with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini) to generate output. AI output may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical, or critical decisions without human review.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Termination
You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before effective date.
