Churn Risk Dashboard
Customer churn risk command centre — risk score per account (0–100), segment buckets (high / medium / low), early-warning signal chips, days-until-renewal countdown, and MRR-at-risk summary. Sorted by risk level so the most critical accounts surface first. Fail-open to demo data.

Composite health score per customer (0–100) — broken down across four weighted dimensions: usage, support, engagement, and payment history. Twilio-powered voice operations module — live call queue with agent assignment, call recordings browser with sentiment indicators and transcript snippets, agent availability panel, and call metrics (avg wait time, handle time, FCR, CSAT). Gracefully degrades to demo data when TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID is not configured.
